InnoCOMM Wireless was a leading San Diego-based fabless semicondutor company developing highly integrated wireless products, before getting acquired by National Semiconductor in 2001. The Company's first product was a single-chip Bluetooth radio transceiver manufactured in standard digital CMOS technology that offered significant advantages in cost and power consumption and was designed into numerous handheld products.
